This is about me, not you.
I have been working out since January the first 2007. When I started I weighed in at 226.2lbs @ 30% body fat. Currently I'm cutting and I'm down to 189lbs @ 18% body fat. My goal for this cutting phase is to get down to 8% body fat. For the record I'm following the Swolegenix (SGX) protocol and it's working very well. After I've reached my cutting goal I'm going to go on a bulk as my long term goal is to get back up to 200lbs @ 10% body fat and to fully master the Django Framework.
Very soon I'll be replacing this pitiful page with a comprehensive log of my transformation from bloated boozer to lean alpha nerd. Until then you'll have to wait. The current ETA for the log is The May Day bank holiday 2008.
